You will use historical data analysis, customer data, market trends, and work cross-functionally to develop an accurate demand plan for the organization.In this role, you will work closely with the internal sales team to ensure that all promotions and new business initiatives are reflected in the demand plan. The final demand plan will support production and inventory planning while contributing to customer service levels and reducing product losses to help achieve organizational goals.**What Agropur invests in YOU:*** Stimulating and bright work environment, surrounded by nature* Fitness center and locker rooms* Free indoor parking* Flexible/hybrid work schedules for certain positions* Vacation – Recognition of your previous professional experience* Flexible group insurance plan, including telemedicine services* Retirement plan with company contribution* Opportunities to invest in yourself (personal growth paths)* Salary scale 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills).**What this role involves:*** Develop and maintain a rolling 18–24-month demand plan, documenting assumptions included in the plan* Regularly lead forecast review meetings with internal sales teams to align on future demand plans* Participate in regular demand review meetings with cross-functional partners* Raise demand issues constructively and escalate when necessary* Provide insight into forecast errors and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement* Improve the forecasting process through rigorous analysis of historical data and deep market knowledge, adjusting the forecasting model as needed to meet organizational goals* Track and analyze KPIs (key performance indicators). Implement and recommend actions to improve best practices within the team**What you need to join our team:*** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management, Supply Chain…)* Certification in forecasting/supply chain considered an asset (e.g., IBF, APICS)* Two or more years of relevant experience in demand planning and/or supply chain* Excellent proficiency in MS Excel* Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset* Oral and written bilingualism (English and French) – Frequent communication with partners, clients, and/or employees outside Quebec*Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
