And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.We are looking for:The Reliability Engineer-Static Equipment who will have accountability for site’s Mechanical Integrity program with focus on early detection of defects and defect elimination related to PressureVessels, Storage tanks, Heat Exchangers, Boilers& Incinerators, Flares, Filters, Scrubbers and Blowdown vessels. The Reliability Engineer will have experience with API standards 510, 653, 570 and NBIC developing NDT inspection plans, reviewing inspection reports and proposing repair scopes. They will be accountable for asset performance in relation to sites OEE program and have knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. This Engineer will also have knowledge of financial resources, tools, and reports and have the ability to manage and direct capital projects. In addition to knowledge of information systems and CMMSWe count on you to:Develop/implement and manage mechanical integrity program for static equipment (pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, boilers etc.) and related accessoriesLead the site TSSA programsSupport Maintenance team on repair planning for critical equipment failuresActive involvement in site OEE program and maintaining equipment Bad Actors ListFacilitate and participate in reliability related improvement initiativesConduct root cause failure analysis on major equipment failures and manage improvement action itemsPerform equipment criticality analysis and ensure adequate spare parts for all critical assetsInterpret reliability data and provide guidance on failure mitigation/reliability improvement plansActively engage in capital projects to ensure proper equipment selection and installationExecute projects related to equipment or process changes for improved asset reliabilityKey member in the development and execution of the shutdown timelines.
