The successful candidate will also perform information security tasks.This role requires in-depth knowledge of CyberArk applications, information security practices, and a good understanding of privileged access review processes. The candidate must adopt a proactive, collaborative approach, propose solutions, and demonstrate flexibility and dedication. Excellent communication skills are essential to interact effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.Responsibilities include:Daily maintenance of the CyberArk infrastructure, including upgrades, deployment, and integration of new modules or features.Participate in deploying and implementing operational products and troubleshooting technical issues.Collaborate with functional groups and IT to identify sensitive accounts requiring integration, monitoring, and alerts.Implement automated processes, such as local password rotation and service account management.Develop operational procedures, frameworks, and documentation processes.Conduct quarterly privileged access reviews.Interpret technical data and communicate findings to non-specialist stakeholders.Enhance data protection processes and procedures.Generate monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards for management.Review security technologies and authentication systems for compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.Improve policies, standards, and procedures related to cybersecurity in collaboration with application and technology teams.Manage user, account, and key onboarding and offboarding.Assess existing and new infrastructure to identify risks and implement controls and mitigation plans.Work closely with operational, global, and IT teams to define security requirements and improvements.Support incident handling, project activities, and ad hoc requests.Availability for on-call or after-hours support may be required.Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.At least three years in information security, including experience with security systems, certifications, and product management within a decentralized organization.Solid experience with CyberArk applications for at least two years.Deep knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and related tools.Experience with Windows and Linux systems.Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell.Knowledge of network applications, firewalls, VPNs, Azure, and AWS.Understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO, CIS.Proactive, enthusiastic, problem-solving, and able to work in a dynamic environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in teams.English language proficiency, both written and spoken, is required.Salary Range - British ColumbiaThe base salary range for this position is CAD 73,000 to CAD 109,500, with potential bonuses. Compensation is based on location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
