Logistics Technician Logistics Technician is part of our Robotics Solutions product line at Eddyfi Technologies. We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to manage outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring each item reaches its destination on time and in good condition. This role involves preparing shipping documentation, inspecting received goods, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Verify integrity of orders, set, and pack outgoing items safeguarding their integrity by using appropriate supplies. Prepare and compile all required shipping documentation for Canadian and International destinations; interact with customers, brokers, and other third parties when needed. Receive incoming shipments, inspect items to confirm quantity and condition, and communicate any issues to QC or receiving. Ensure that all shipments have the required legal or regulatory documentation and physically meet any regulatory requirements. Support other areas on shipping and receiving matters, including managing RMA‑related shipments and estimating shipping costs to quote customers. Communicate the status of incoming and outgoing orders with suppliers and customers. Develop and maintain SOP documentation to support the process; record all incoming and outgoing orders. Identify issues and opportunities for improvement on processes such as jigs and tools. Interact with relevant departments (Integration, QC, Manufacturing, Project Management, Engineering) to coordinate outgoing shipments. Qualifications Experience with shipping, including international shipping from/to Canada/USA, will be beneficial. Formal training in shipping and shipping of dangerous goods will be beneficial. Experience with shipping terminology, packaging, and shipping best practices. Experience managing shipping costs and courier contracts is an asset. Related certifications will be an asset. Experience in QC is an asset. Ability to lift items up to 25 kg is a requirement. Experience with Excel, Word, and ERP systems will be an asset. Hourly wage $24.00‑$29.00 depending on experience.
