Senior React Native Engineer, Mobile – Fullscript Fullscript, founded in 2011, is a health‑intelligence platform that connects over 125,000 practitioners with tools to deliver integrative care and supports more than 10 million patients worldwide. Role Overview As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will architect and build the mobile experience for our e‑commerce native application. You will work closely with the Technical Lead, product teams, and other engineering pods to deliver high‑quality features, guide best practices, and mentor junior developers. What You’ll Do Collaborate on mobile‑app project planning, architecture, and design decisions. Implement and deliver new features and enhancements using Expo, React Native, TypeScript, and React. Serve as a key member of the mobile‑focused pod, managing native infrastructure, workflows, and core functionalities. Maintain the technical health of the application through engineering best practices and code reviews. Stay current with mobile‑development trends and incorporate applicable innovations into the product. Mentor and guide developers from other pods to foster growth and psychological safety. What You Bring 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications with React Native or Expo. Track record of releasing stable mobile products and understanding the nuances of shipping for mobile versus web. Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across engineering and product teams. Proficiency in mobile UI/UX best practices, performance optimisation, and native platform APIs. Excellent problem‑solving skills and proactive technical leadership. Passion for continuous learning and sharing industry trends. What We Offer Flexible PTO and competitive pay.
