All new graduate RTs will be provided the opportunity to identify their preferences for a position during the recruitment process. Whatever your interest we have something for you Allied Health Transition to Practice Mentorship Program Our program supports new graduate RTs as they embark on their career. You will act as a Regional Transition to Practice Mentor and provide added support for orientation, relationships, clinical practice, learning plan, etc. Orientation and onboarding Fostering and strengthening relationships Clinical practice and mentorship to build practice readiness and consolidate skills Developing a customised learning plan to transition to practice Virtual open office space and introductions to other new graduates Protected and/or supernumerary time for mentor/mentee connections, job shadows, self‑directed learning, and/or classroom learning. Current certification with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and eligible for registration with the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT) and CSRT. Current valid Driver’s License. Salary & Location Hourly Wage: $37.89 – $47.31 Locations: Fernie, Nelson, Trail and other flexible locations in the Interior Health region.
