Job Description Lead a team to deliver data related services by setting the overall strategy including governance and technology standards for API use. Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operation activities in Enablement, Service Delivery, DevOps, Citizenship Development; including backlog prioritization, escalation, strategy, value casing and driving adoption of DevOps toolchains across the Pod teams. Responsible for managing the performance of the portfolio of solutions in the team such as Salesforce, Mendix, Dynamics, etc. Create and maintain SLA’s, SLO’s, and SLI’s for the portfolio of solutions. Manage the team’s resources and provide guidance for onboarding Services Information System (SIS) and partners. Accountable for the quality of design and development of team assets such as services, integration, and data architectures. Collaborate with other ISD stakeholders to develop integrations in support of Business Solutions. Specific Accountabilities Set the overall team strategy including governance and technology standards in alignment with the ISD’s goals, objectives, and strategies. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations, including backlog prioritization, escalation, strategy, value casing, and drive adoption of DevOps toolchains across ISD teams. Provide expertise in application development, agile methodology, API architecture, and solutions. Provide guidance to direct reports to ensure quality and accuracy of work. Manage the team’s resources and guide onboarding of SIS and partners. Accountable for quality of design and development of assets. Responsible for performance of suite of team applications such as Salesforce, Mendix, Dynamics, etc. Create and maintain SLA’s, SLO’s, and SLI’s for portfolio of solutions. Lead project governance activities with updates on status, risks/issues, mitigation/resolution plans regarding scope, budget, time, and resources. Collaborate with ISD stakeholders (e.g., Pods) to develop integrations in support of Business Solutions. Perform other duties as required. Managerial Accountabilities Manage and motivate direct reports, staff, and contractors to deliver high‑quality services within budget and schedule. Translate and communicate ISD’s goals, objectives, and strategies to direct reports, staff, and contractors in context of team to ensure optimization roadmap and initiatives achieve desired outcomes. Cultivate a work environment for direct reports, staff, and contractors that enables appropriate behaviours to achieve high productivity, engagement, and collaboration. Be accountable for output of direct reports (set expectations, priorities, context; ensure compliance with required legal and regulatory requirements and Hydro One and business unit policies and procedures; conduct succession planning, performance reviews, and provide direction on problem areas; support career development; provide effective recommendations concerning promotions, transfers, pay, disciplinary action of staff within the department per collective agreements, etc.). Resolve technical, business and personnel issues; and elevate unresolved issues to Supervisor for advice, instruction, or direction. Perform other managerial duties as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
