Job Description At Dexterra, we create exceptional customer experiences that make our clients shine. As an Account Director, you will assist in the overall effective operation of projects and contracts, ensuring the safety and well‑being of employees, safeguarding company interests and property, and representing the company to customers. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day relationships with clients. Plan and coordinate all on‑site work activities. Provide leadership and direction to staff as defined by contract documents. Recruit, orient, schedule, train, and evaluate staff in accordance with corporate and HR policies. Accountable for the contract performance assessment process. Collaborate to meet KPIs and maintain facilities at performance levels that exceed expectations. Maintain a high level of training and competency for all staff, ensuring contractors operate at the highest standards and safety levels. Qualifications Relevant experience managing clients with multiple sites. Background in the aviation industry. Familiarity with all facets of multi‑function project management. PMP certification is an asset; must demonstrate success in large project management, cost estimating, budget planning, and business accounting. Experience in an emergency response or military environment preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of provincial government health and safety codes and standards.
