Join Canonical as a Software Engineer – Python – Ubuntu Pro client – graduate level and help build the command-line tool that manages all Ubuntu Pro services. With more than 1,200 colleagues in 75+ countries, we combine founder‑led leadership with a high‑growth, fully remote model, meeting in person only two to four times a year. This role focuses on developing, testing, and releasing improvements to the Ubuntu Pro client. The client is pre‑installed on every Ubuntu system, making quality and stability essential. You will collaborate with the Ubuntu Server team, major cloud partners, and multiple Canonical product teams to deliver robust software and engage with users to meet their needs.
