Job Summary Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store operations, providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play an important role in day‑to‑day operations, contribute to optimizing inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards, and manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and e‑commerce order fulfillment. Qualifications High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset. 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent. Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment. Excellent organizational, time‑management, prioritization and multitasking skills. Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration. Social media skills, mobile device skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open‑Office.
