Functional analyst

Responsibilities Define the implementation strategy. Coach the team on analyzing business solutions to speed up delivery. Help clients define their needs with a detailed solution feasibility and design reflection process. Identify, input, analyze and interpret the functional specifications and data required to support decision‑making for choosing appropriate IT solutions. Develop complex execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines. Analyze risks. Write highly complex reports and test cases, propose solutions and make recommendations. Serve as a specialist on how to implement recommendations. Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT. At least 6 years of experience in functional analysis. Experience with payment modernization projects. Knowledge of French is required. Intermediate advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English‑speaking partners, members and/or clients. Knowledge of Java, Springboot (backend). Knowledge of distributed systems (resilience, recovery and extensibility). Knowledge of microservices architecture (API). Knowledge of basic concepts of PaaS.
