Location: Swartz Bay Pay Rate: $20.60 Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of ferry terminal and onboard vessels Act as a visible security presence and deterrent to support a safe environment Engage with the public to provide assistance, direction, and exceptional customer service Perform security procedures including unlock/lock-up checks and routine inspections Operate communication tools such as radios and escalates incidents as necessary Identify, report, and help mitigate safety hazards Support passenger safety and satisfaction during coast-to-coast travel Requirements Valid BC Security License Excellent customer service and communication Must be comfortable working 8 hour shifts Comfortable with radio communication Ability to write reports on job-related activities Comfort working independently and in varying weather conditions Punctuality and reliability Employee Perks We Offer Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive, values-driven team where everyone has a voice and wants you to succeed.
