You’ll manage z/OS upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and support third-party software products. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.**Key Responsibilities*** Install or migrate **z/OS upgrades** and apply **SMP/E maintenance**.* Maintain z/OS systems (parameter definitions, IPLs, catalog management).* Troubleshoot production issues, including **system dump analysis**.* Support third-party ISV products (**CA, BMC, Compuware**).* Create and maintain documentation for installation, architecture, and recovery.* Provide on-call support and knowledge transfer.**Technologies in Scope*** **z/OS 2.x*** **VTAM/SNA/TCPIP*** **RACF/TSS/ACF2*** **Batch automation*** **ISV products****Your Future at Kyndryl**Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior System Administrator to Architect.
