Position: Strategic Account ManagerReports to: Chief Revenue OfficerDepartment: SalesTexada is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the CRO and works cross-functionally with all functions to drive customer value creation enabling increased growth and retention.Strategic ValueAs a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll use your expertise and consultative selling skills to build strong executive relationships, expand customer adoption, and maximize Texada’s revenue growth. You will own renewals, expansions through user and module growth, and act as a trusted advisor on Texada’s full product portfolio. This role requires the ability to travel in the US & Canada and to engage with strategic key Texada customers.Work Location and TravelRemote, with 25% travel required (customer sites and occasional travel to Mississauga office)Candidates should be authorized to work in Canada or the US without restriction or sponsorship.How you will be contributingBuild executive-level relationships and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Secure cross-sell, upsell, migration, and transformation opportunitiesDrive customer growth through strategic account planning and Mutual Action PlansDeliver impactful presentations and virtual demos to decision-makersPartner with clients to understand their goals, budgets, and timelinesLead contract renewals, proposals, and negotiationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and project milestonesRepresent Texada at trade shows and customer eventsConsistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsWhat we are hoping to find in your background7+ years of experience in strategic/enterprise SaaS or Cloud sales, ideally with a focus on large, complex accounts (construction equipment industry experience a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)Proven track record in strategic/enterprise SaaS or Cloud sales (construction equipment industry experience a plus)Strong consultative selling skills and ability to present complex solutions clearlyExperience closing complex deals with executive stakeholdersCompetitive drive with a process-oriented and relationship-focused approachProficiency with CRM best practices and disciplined sales process executionExceptional listening, collaboration, and customer service mindsetBusiness acumen in contracts, margins, and revenue growthProficiency in using AI tools to enhance content creation, personalize messaging, and improve workflow efficiency.Competencies for SuccessCompetitive drive with a consultative mindsetStrong process orientation and executive relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and presentation ability across all audiencesDiscipline in CRM usage and proven sales process adherenceBusiness acumen with a focus on retention, expansion, and closing complex dealsWho you will be working forTexada is the leading growth engine for equipment dealerships and rental businesses with one purpose-built platform.
