  1. Apply critical thinking and advanced business analysis techniques to assess and document business processes, user experience journeys, workflows, and systems.
  2. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops, focusing on understanding, refining, and prioritizing business requirements and outcomes.
  3. Provide business insights for strategic executive business reviews and prepare business performance presentations for various executive & stakeholder interlocks.
  4. Analyze product performance to understand key performance drivers and gaps; identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Create detailed and clear documentation of business requirements, epics, user stories, and use cases, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Perform a variety of monthly and ad-hoc analyses and proactively identify areas of opportunity to inform product strategy in partnership with product managers and partners.
  7. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of requirements.
  8. Foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders, and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  9. Drive interactive business intelligence and reports that encourage business literacy, curiosity, and meaningful optimizations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  1. 7+ years of experience working as a Business or Process Analyst.
  2. Possess strong skills in understanding, manipulating, and analyzing data/processes, and facilitating data-driven decision.
  3. Experience in data/process visualization and storytelling.
  4. Obsession with tracking product performance and adoption, and having the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.
  5. Experience working in agile/iterative delivery teams and expert knowledge/experience in writing detailed user stories.
  6. ServiceNow (ITSM) working knowledge is preferred.
