Medavie Health Services New Brunswick (MHSNB) is the subsidiary of Medavie Health Services responsible for the optimal operation and management of EM/ANB, an integrated organization specializing in the delivery of primary health care services with the goal of facilitating access to quality care so that patients can achieve better health outcomes. p>Our company is currently looking for new team members to support its mission of providing excellence in emergency and community care within our various programs, namely Ambulance New Brunswick, the Extra-Mural Program and NB Health Link. Each advocates for a highly coordinated, quality service offering guided by a goal of continuous improvement across primary health care.You will also ensure tools are in place to support managers throughout the operations while also being responsible for developing, introducing and maintaining a standardized performance and quality management system. You will assess the efficient use of human resources in order to improve the performance of the Extra-Mural Program preparing growth projections to meet the changing needs of the population served.Experience in the delivery and management of home health care services who understands the New Brunswick landscape;Specialized knowledge in business development planning and project management;Post-secondary education in the health sciences field, related field or approved equivalent combination of education and experience with preference to post-secondary studies in business.
