Responsibilites: Interpret customer structural and metal fabrication drawings Examine drawings and requests for compliance with project specifications Translate designs into technical drafting drawings using drafting software (SolidWorks preferred, DraftSight/AutoCAD acceptable) Deliver high-quality work with swift drawing turnaround times, maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction Organize and prepare fabrication project documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate Assist in entering requests into the drafting and fabrication schedule, contributing to efficient project management

Qualifications: Proficiency in drafting software, with experience in SolidWorks preferred (DraftSight/AutoCAD acceptable) 1 to 3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment Mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of metal fabrication techniques Diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology or equivalent experience

Pay Rate: $60k/year
