The opportunity The Technical Consultant II will work in multiple client-facing projects to enable SaaS onboarding. You will have opportunities to apply your communication, technical, and organizational skills to take a SaaS project from initiation to go-live. You will act as the technical go-to person for SaaS onboarding, represent client interests internally to enhance process, product, documentation, and delivery experience, and interact with senior technical leadership on the client-side to align solution approaches with multiple internal stakeholders to achieve project goals and delivery targets. You will work on developing enhancements for the product using language developed internally and develop scripts to run performance testing. Mode of Work Hybrid What will you do? Consultant with hands on development experience with ability to have a problem-solving mindset. Development experience in core Java, Spring boot, Docker, Postgres, Kubernetes Ability to break down complex technical and functional requirements and effectively articulate them to different stakeholders involved in a project A self-starter willing to get involved in all aspects of solution delivery including implementation and process improvement Broad picture minded — sees the end-to-end solution of a project A solution designer at heart Interact and collaborate with customers and partners to define the integration landscape Create solutions that enable success of the clients Define the logical sequence of integration activities for a SaaS onboarding project Coordinate with the product development team to implement recommended integration strategies Improve overall project delivery experience and go-live time by improving process and documentation Support cloud infrastructure and system components required for integration Lead the identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of issues within a client environment What you need to succeed Must have: Experience in developing Java applications using Spring boot. Experience in Postgres, Docker images, Kubernetes Must have worked on at least one end to end SaaS implementation project Must have designed an end-to-end scalable integration solution In-depth knowledge of data integration concepts and tools Broad and in-depth knowledge of network protocol stacks and related integration paradigms Broad knowledge of security postures in integration technology stacks Broad knowledge of API design and API based integration A skilled technical documenter Experience in using modelling tools to create effective architecture views Knowledge of Integration frameworks used by SaaS applications Strong and broader knowledge of Azure, AWS and GCP public cloud platforms and provided services and their integration approaches Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and debugging skills Excellent communication skills – we cannot emphasize this enough 5+ years of application and data integration experience Experience with clustering and high availability configurations Apache Nifi Apache Flink Apache Kafka/Redpanda Relational Database Systems like Oracle, Postgres Azure Cosmos DB Soap/Rest API development Low code program modelling language experience What’s in it for you Joining our team means being part of a culture that values diversity, teamwork, and high-quality work.
