Job Details Description The Regional Sales Manager is a key contributor to driving innovation in the manufacturing industry. The primary duties of this role include communicating with and the overall management of the sales pipeline through the entire sales cycle. This role is responsible for understanding, developing, and growing revenue in their assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager is a key, front-line person who performs numerous duties (selling, coaching, training, problem-solving, listening, and more) to cultivate sales success in their assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager is key in building a healthy client base for both the U.S. and Canadian operations. This person is responsible for knowing the Flexpipe and 80/20 business model and using it throughout daily conversation and learning how to talk about our company's mission and vision while sharing the company culture. Responsibilities Management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication Prospect for and acquire new business (B2B), and follow up daily from various online lead sources generated by a strong marketing team Use of CRM (Salesforce) to capture all activities with prospects and customers Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, technical information, advice, research, and recommendations to improve partner satisfaction Collaborate with all departments at Flexpipe and 80/20 to ensure customer service requirements are met Attendance at tradeshows in your sales area Attendance required at our head office for training purposes (twice a year) All other duties as deemed necessary Required Qualifications High school diploma (Secondary 5) Valid Driver’s License. 3-5 years proven sales experience in manufacturing environments, with a focus on business development Experience in achieving sales targets Process-oriented with strong attention to detail Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Strong follow-up skills. Strong computer skills CRM experience Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company Travel 7-10 days per month for customer visits Le directeur régional des ventes joue un rôle essentiel dans la promotion de l’innovation au sein de l’industrie manufacturière. Responsabilités Principales (sans S’y Limiter) Gérer le pipeline de ventes tout au long du cycle de vente par le biais d’appels sortants, de courriels et d’autres formes de communication Faire de la prospection et acquérir de nouvelles affaires (B2B), et effectuer un suivi quotidien des divers prospects générés par une forte équipe marketing Utiliser le CRM (Salesforce) pour consigner toutes les activités avec les prospects et les clients Maintenir de solides relations clients en offrant du soutien, des informations techniques, des conseils, de la recherche et des recommandations pour améliorer la satisfaction des partenaires Collaborer avec tous les départements de Flexpipe et de 80/20 afin de répondre aux exigences en matière de service à la clientèle Participer aux salons professionnels dans votre territoire de vente Se rendre au siège social deux fois par année pour des formations obligatoires Effectuer toutes autres tâches jugées nécessaires Qualifications Requises Diplôme d’études secondaires (Secondaire 5) Permis de conduire valide 3 à 5 ans d’expérience reconnue en vente dans un environnement manufacturier, avec un accent sur le développement des affaires Expérience démontrée dans l’atteinte d’objectifs de vente Approche axée sur les processus et excellente attention aux détails Aisance au téléphone et expérience à effectuer plusieurs appels par jour. Excellentes compétences en suivi. Solides compétences informatiques Expérience avec un CRM Attitude énergique, extravertie et conviviale Haut niveau d’intégrité et engagement fort envers la réussite de l’entreprise Disponibilité pour voyager 7 à 10 jours par mois pour des visites clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
