Base pay range CA$90.00/hr - CA$120.00/hr Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Distributed Systems, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP The Company TekRek has partnered with a fast‑scaling AI infrastructure company building one of the most advanced data and analytics platforms. Job Description Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure systems supporting data and AI workloads across millions of virtual machines. Automate system operations and improve observability across distributed infrastructure using modern DevOps and reliability practices. Develop internal tooling, metrics, and alerting frameworks to detect, resolve, and prevent incidents. Job Requirements Systems: Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and performance tuning at scale. Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; strong familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Reliability Practices: Experience building and maintaining high‑availability SaaS or service‑oriented architectures; background in monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Security & Data: Understanding of systems handling sensitive data; experience with infrastructure automation and policy enforcement. Why This Role?
