As a Senior Full Stack Java/Angular Tech Lead, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting agile development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

  1. Lead an Agile Team: Oversee and mentor both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality product features and improvements.
  2. Hands-On Development: Actively participate in full lifecycle application development, including design, coding, and debugging.
  3. Production Support: Manage and resolve escalated production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to core applications.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with business partners, Scrum Masters, and Architects to integrate new software solutions and maintain the currency of the IT technology stack.
  5. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship to team members, fostering both technical and soft skill development.
Top 5 Skills Necessary:
  1. Java & Angular Expertise: At least 8 years of experience in Java and Angular development, including experience with modern Spring Boot and MVC web-based applications.
  2. AWS Cloud Proficiency: Professional working experience with AWS technologies, including RDS, Cognito, S3, and other AWS services.
  3. Leadership & People Management: Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  4. Full Stack Development: Strong knowledge of REST-based web services, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Redis.
  5. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-suite level clients and business partners.
