Senior Manager Financial Reporting - West Island, flexible remote - Salary based on experience 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Guide clients through IFRS conversions and ongoing reporting. Analyze client businesses to identify IFRS differences. Draft annual and interim financial statements, notes, and MD&A. Collaborate with legal and banking teams on prospectuses and regulatory filings. Build Excel models to support IFRS conversion and knowledge transfer. Work with auditors for smooth and timely clearance. Research and draft technical accounting memos. Support due diligence, M&A, and other transaction projects. Contribute to business development initiatives. Qualifications CPA, CA designation with a degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business. 6+ years in a Big 4 firm with IFRS and public company experience. Strong IFRS knowledge, including conversions, reporting, and policy development. Skilled in preparing financial statements, MD&A, and technical memos. Advanced Excel skills; excellent communication skills. Experience with ASPE or US GAAP is an asset.
