Nous recherchons une ou un analyste FP&A qui se rapportera au chef de service de l’équipe de gestion des revenus au sein de notre activité PA&A (Pièces, Accessoires et Vêtements), et qui sera chargé d’agir en tant que contrôleur financier pour PA&A dans la région. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les services financiers, la planification des ventes, la mise sur le marché et d’autres responsables commerciaux afin de planifier, d’analyser et d’optimiser la vente de nos produits. VOUS AUREZ L’OCCASION DE : Prendre en charge et exécuter les procédures et contrôles clés de clôture Soutenir l’entreprise dans l’élaboration de ses prévisions et budgets, y compris les objectifs commerciaux et autres paramètres pertinents Fournir à l’entreprise des informations qui influencent les décisions clés grâce à l’analyse et au suivi des performances Jouer un rôle central dans l’élaboration d’une approche robuste de la gestion des catégories en matière de PA&A, y compris l’identification des fuites de recettes (''revenue leakage'') Tirer parti de la technologie et des outils en vue de rehausser en permanence l’efficacité et l’efficience de l’équipe. VOUS VOUS ÉPANOUIREZ DANS CE RÔLE SI VOUS AVEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS SUIVANTES : Vous êtes une ceinture noire d’Excel. Les gens vous considèrent comme une référence en la matière et sollicitent souvent votre aide. Vous êtes à l’aise avec la manipulation et la transformation des données. En plus d’Excel, vous êtes à l’aise avec des outils tels que Power BI, Power Query, etc. La connaissance d’autres outils ETL tels que Knime et Dataiku est un plus, mais ne vous inquiétez pas si vous ne les avez jamais utilisés. Nous vous apprendrons. Vous êtes prêt à relever un défi. BRP est un environnement qui évolue rapidement. Vous aurez de nombreuses opportunités de vous surpasser et de sortir de votre zone de confort.
