Join the Office of the City Clerk and make a difference We are looking for someone to join our team for 12 months as our Corporate Records and Information Coordinator. This position administers and recommends improvements to the Corporate Records and Information Management (RIM) program and related systems to meet our corporate business needs, legislative requirements and public accountability and is a key point of contact for internal business areas.

Duties- Directs operational activities under the RIM program, including annual archive and destruction.
- Supports other business areas in aligning and complying with the RIM program.
- Develops corporate standards and policies, administrative and system guidelines, practices, procedures and tools to support the RIM program.
- Develops and provides direction, instruction, guidance and training to end-users and ensure EDMS/RIM education and training resources are accessible to all employees.
- Conducts ongoing analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the RIM program to recommend and manage implementation of performance improvements.
- Provides project management support and training to develop and implement new or upgraded RIM systems.
- Monitors accountability framework for compliance, tracking, reporting, evaluation and recognition.
- Assists with processing formal requests for access to records under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA).
- Two years of related post-secondary education in local government administration with records management or information management, or related field.

Pay RateStarts at $38.67 per hour with a 2-step progression to $41.22 per hour plus 14% in lieu of vacation, statutory holidays and benefits.
