The Billing Manager will lead our North America billing operations and manage an off-shore team responsible for invoicing, revenue accuracy, and billing process improvements — helping ensure our customers are billed correctly and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end billing function to ensure timely, accurate invoicing in line with internal controls and tax complianceLead and support the regional Billing team based in Skopje, North Macedonia overseeing workload, development, and team KPIsCollaborate and build relationships with Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and Collections teams to ensure CRM and billing data accuracyReview and maintain the debtor’s ledger and unbilled income records to support month-end close and revenue reportingDrive continuous improvement initiatives across billing processes and systems (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite) to increase efficiencyWhat Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You HavingPrevious experience managing a billing or accounts receivable function, ideally within a SaaS organizationStrong interpersonal skills and proven success building relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple business unitsIn-depth understanding of accounting from an Accounts Receivable perspectiveAbility to commute to our Toronto office as needed and travel to Macedonia 1-3 times per yearA knack for working both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment spread across multiple time zonesBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
