We manage a fleet of large aerial firefighting aircraft, including both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, enabling rapid aerial fire suppression, initial attack, and extended attack protocols.As part of the Coulson Group, a company with 65 years of history, we are expanding our team and seeking Structures Technicians.What We're Looking ForThe Structures Technician maintains or modifies aircraft to meet aviation standards. Key responsibilities include:Perform sheet metal and composite repairs on aircraft components.Ensure high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.Follow industry standards and instructions.Maintain a tidy work environment and accurate work records.Be open to travel and working both inside and outside of Canada.Complete worksheets, logs, and other documentation promptly.RequirementsAME (S) rating preferred; all experience levels considered.Completed approved training course preferred (ICS accepted).Ability to interpret manuals, drawings, and technical data.Good manual skills.Effective communication skills.Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.Ability to work independently and in teams.Reliability and punctuality.BenefitsChoice of full-time or rotational schedule with equal time at home.No relocation required.Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
