Our client, a highly reputable multi-service boutique located in North York, is in search of a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to support their growing practice.

With over 50 years' experience, providing exceptional service, the firm seeks an independent thinker, with a strategic mindset and client-centric approach to join their growing Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

About The Role

Supporting a Senior Partner, the Commercial Litigation Law Clerk will:

  • Prepare and complete all necessary litigation documentation, such as motion records, pleadings, notices, affidavits, etc.
  • Transcribe dictation with speed and accuracy.
  • Prepare accounts.
  • Ensure all filing is organized and up-to-date, both physical and electronic.

What You Bring

As the ideal candidate, you possess a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting a busy litigation practice. You have successfully obtained a law clerk diploma and possess thorough understanding of Court rules across varying levels of Court. Experience supporting a senior Partner considered an asset.
