You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience.We offer flexible work hours and hybrid work arrangement options to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.Project Management & Design Work with senior specialists and technical teams on design and development of remedial and/or risk management options for the management and/or remediation of contaminated sites and brownfields.Manage and lead projects related to the management of environmental contaminants in soil, groundwater, and other media, including phased environmental site assessments (ESAs) and the Ontario Record of Site Condition (O.li>Development of/input to contract specifications to support the bid/tender process.Lead/assist with contract administration projects related to remediation.Act as the main point of contact/client liaison to communicate technical and project management information to client teams.Compliance with corporate, client, and site-specific health and safety protocols and programs and applicable health and safety regulations.Manage multiple simultaneous environmental projects involving teams of environmental staff and specialists.Respond to Requests for Proposal related to contaminated sites work to develop and maintain strong client relationships.Input to the career development of junior staff, including technical direction, training recommendations, coaching and mentoring.Contribute to Dillon’s corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees.A degree in environmental engineering or another relevant environmental or engineering discipline.Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in environmental consulting or related industrial experience, including project management experience.In depth knowledge of the required regulations governing contaminated sites and remediation.Design and implementation of the following:Risk Management Plans.Risk management measures.Contract administration.Remedial options analysis.Proven experience managing multiple contaminated sites/ESA related projects of various overall project value.Working with contractors.Solid understanding of the Environmental Protection Act including regulations associated with brownfields, spills and excess soils.Experience with industrial sites and First Nations communities.Strong understanding of contaminant fate and transport and development of conceptual site models to support remediation.Phased environmental site assessments (ESAs) and the Record of Site Condition (O.p>Dillon is powered by people who are technically proficient, passionate about socially important projects, and motivated to deliver superior, tangible results. li>Inclusiveness: enabling belonging to draw strength from our differences.Generous retirement savings plan.Flexible work hours and remote working options We use a composite approach to development including coaching to build the how, mentoring to share lessons, advising to round out perspectives, and co-creation of knowledge through internal learning opportunities.The ability to anticipate, examine, and adopt new and innovative solutions is a crucial driver for the continual and progressive advancement of our business performance. li>A variety of EFAP tools and online resources to support well-being are available to all employees.Goodlife Fitness Corporate Membership
