OverviewOur client is seeking a talented and strategic Vice President of Finance to join their executive team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Vice President of Finance will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. You will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic financial planning, manufacturing costing, pricing & deal analysis as well as overseeing the information system management.ResponsibilitiesDrive employee experience and engagement initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion and belongingLead finance team members and engage with corporate finance teams to meet all requirements of reporting, forecasting, costing and customer pricing & profitabilityProvide guidance in establishing pricing strategy and enhance pricing control & reportingEnsure effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax & law regulationsWork effectively with senior management team to develop and execute strategic business plans, including analysis and identification of opportunities and performance improvementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in relevant fieldProfessional accounting designation (CPA)10-15 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing and / or consumer goods companyIf you are a proactive finance leader with a track record of driving business strategy and delivering measurable results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting executive opportunity by clicking on the “Apply for Job” button below to confidentially submit your resume.
