Leverage consulting expertise, project planning, and strong leadership to collaborate with clinical stakeholders and transform care through cutting‑edge digital health technologies. About The PositionAs Portfolio Manager for Meditech Advance and Medical Device Integration, you will lead two mission‑critical portfolios that drive innovation and connectivity across our health system. Build, guide, and mentor a high‑performing team responsible for delivering complex solutions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of clinical systems and medical devices. Meditech Advance Portfolio Spearhead the transition from Client Server to Meditech Expanse, ensuring smooth integration with downstream clinical systems. Manage planning, testing, implementation, and sustainment activities for integrated downstream clinical systems under the Clinical Ancillary Services team. Medical Device Integration Portfolio Enable real‑time data flow from physiological monitors and other medical devices into Meditech Expanse and key clinical applications. Provide technical expertise in architecture, server configuration, mapping, and software build to ensure seamless connectivity and improved clinical decision‑making. What We’re Looking ForWe need a strategic leader with: Strong technical knowledge of healthcare systems and device integration. Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate consensus‑driven discussions. A passion for leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Health Information Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum seven (7) years recent related experience with business and systems analysis, including PM experience. Experience with health and corporate information systems.
