In this role, you will
  • Work with business analysts, developers, and customers to implement, integrate and maintain Salesforce solutions.
  • Responsible for Salesforce integration and implementation including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Lead the effort to document technical requirements, architect, design, build and integrate the Salesforce solution.
  • Design solutions and manage teams developing, testing, and supporting custom Salesforce solutions using Advanced Flows, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Web Services, Salesforce.com Metadata API, etc.
  • Split time between Salesforce development and coordination of the development team efforts.
What you'll need to succeed (required skills)
  • 12+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com.
  • Hands-on prior experience working as an architect in Salesforce implementation project.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com architecture frameworks, standard processes, and business procedures; strong technical background in configuration and customization using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Integrations.
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business customers.
  • Salesforce Certifications like: Salesforce Application Architect Certification, Platform Developer II, Sales & Service.

Working arrangements

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client OR Cognizant office in Toronto/Waterloo, ON.
