If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding career in a fast-paced industry, we’d love to hear from youJob Responsibilities:As a Logistics Specialist, you will focus on managing last-mile delivery operations and ensuring seamless coordination with our first-mile logistics team to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.Courier & Last-Mile OperationsOversee daily courier and last-mile delivery processes to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.Work closely with courier partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Purolator) to maintain strong relationships and negotiate cost-effective service terms.Handle claims, delays, or exceptions efficiently, providing quick solutions and communication with internal teams.Coordination & Cost ControlCollaborate with the first-mile and warehouse teams to align shipment handoffs and improve overall logistics flow.Review and reconcile courier invoices and shipping costs, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance.Process Optimization & ReportingIdentify opportunities to streamline courier workflows and improve delivery performance.Generate periodic logistics reports, analyzing delivery success rates, costs, and service quality metrics.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management; experience in eCommerce is an asset.Skills:Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset for communication with overseas teams and suppliers.Soft Skills:A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
