Description The Member Engagement Associate relishes working with people and consistently provides a five-star customer service experience to all members and guests. They excel at establishing rapport and building relationships, spreading joy and optimism, and improving member retention by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Responsibilities Check-in members and guests, answer questions, offer suggestions, and handle administrative needs in a friendly manner. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in lobby and cafe areas. Communicate effectively with all departments to enhance member experience. Update and maintain accurate records in CRM software. Assist with processing day passes and scheduling appointments. Qualifications Post-secondary education in health and fitness or related field. Experience in customer service (1+ year). Current CPR/First Aid certification (Emergency First Aid and CPR required). Criminal Background Check prior to employment. Additional certifications in customer service are a plus. Skills and Attributes Excellent communication skills. Customer service oriented and detail-focused. Efficient, resourceful, and a team player.
