Tenure-Track Assistant Professor School of Kinesiology

The School of Kinesiology in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Western University promotes the benefits of physical activity and sport to society by providing a multidisciplinary approach to discovery, dissemination, and application of related knowledge and outcomes. Kinesiology is home to the International Centre for Olympic Studies (including Paralympic Studies), and the Sport and Social Impact Research Group. Kinesiology at Western is ranked 26th in the world for Sport Related Subjects (QS 2023). The School champions three research clusters focusing on Physical Activity and 1) Brain Health, 2) Mobility, and 3) Social Impact with strong links to Faculty Research Centres in Activity and Aging, and Health Equity and Social Inclusion.
