Responsibilities Lead the analyzing of the current carrier IP Network, include Huawei, Cisco or other venders, indetify the network bottle neck. Lead the target carrier IP network desing, include solution review, low level desing and site detail desing. Lead the project deployment for the solution of carrier IP network, include guiding installation, commissioning, and acceptance test. Lead the team for service migration operation anf guarantee the operation result and obey the procedures. Support the carrier IP nettwork maintenance, lead the network recover and make trouble - shooting if network issue happens. Provide trainning and skills transfer plan to the local project technical team during project delivery. Join the technical meeting of customer, lead the technical discuss with customer and convince custimer from technical aspect. Indentify the key technical risks of the project, manage and escalate major issues and guarantee the technical smooth delivery. Able to self -learn and manage the latest Huawei IP solution like SDN solutions. Good comunications skills Good cooperating ability with project team members. Willing to travel in the Latin American country. Work Experience At least 10 years working experience of IP product/ solution in Telecom Industry Have experience of IPRAN, IPCORE, Metro network desing and implementation, with SDN experience is better. Have CISCO/ JUNIIPER/ ALU company experience or carrier company working experience. CCNA Required CCIE/ HCIE/ JNCIE are preferred; CCNP etc with strong technical background is acceptable. Professional with IP technical, like IGP, BGP, MPLS, L3VPN/ L2VPN, IPV6 QoS, CGNAT Professional with currently main IP solution like IPRAN, IPCORE, Metro SDN.
