Data Protection is an increasing focus area for many organizations looking to recover critical data from cyber-attacks. As a Senior Field Solution Architect specializing in Data Protection, you'll work with customers from a wide variety of industries to architect diverse data protection solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will enjoy the power and training opportunities to expand your expertise diving deeper into modern data protection technologies. We will look to you to utilize creative thinking and collaboration, along with your broad technical knowledge in data protection and cloud, to deliver industry-leading solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Participate in in-depth architectural discussions to ensure customer success by understanding business outcomes and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Collaborate directly with the sales team to design solutions for customers using the best mix of vendor-partner products and solutions.
  • Manage all technical aspects of the sale during the sales cycle.
  • Follow industry technology trends and share that knowledge with current and prospective customers.
  • Create and execute engaging sales presentations to prospective and current customers in both individual and larger group settings.
  • Oversee the Proposal, Statement of Work, and Bill of Material creation process in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Data Protection, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the broader team.
  • Become engaged in projects to create new offerings and streamline processes for our Data Protection practice.

What you need to succeed:

Must-have:

  • 8+ years in an IT consulting or senior IT operations role.
  • Experience with Data Protection solutions with deep technical knowledge in one or more data protection technologies such as Commvault, Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik, Dell Data Protection, Azure Backup, and AWS Backup, including SaaS/BaaS based solutions.
  • Experience in collaborating directly with customers along with a proven track record of technical leadership and accomplishments.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management, and executives.
  • Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant industry standard certifications and a commitment to continual self-improvement.

Nice-to-have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience working with organizations that have a professional services or managed services organization.

Pay range: $97,200 - $124,600, depending on experience and skill set.

Annual bonus target of $40,000 subject to terms and conditions of plan.
