We are hiring a Ready‑Mix Sales Manager for our Metro Vancouver area. If you have demonstrated success in sales leadership, within ready‑mix, aggregates, or construction materials, we want to hear from you You will develop strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with key accounts and contractors, and identify new business opportunities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals while driving growth across the Metro Vancouver market. Collaborating closely with internal teams and monitoring market trends, you will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. What You Will Be Doing Lead, mentor, provide technical guidance, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets Collaborate with dispatch and operations supervisors to ensure customer orders and expectations are consistently met Oversee Ready Mix administration to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of discrepancies Establish Ready Mix pricing annually and for project‑specific opportunities Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategy Build and maintain strong customer relationships while actively promoting products and services; ensure products meet or exceed quality standards and technical specifications Resolve customer concerns, quality issues, and disputes involving products, services, or administration in a timely and professional manner Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with quality and service levels, provide relevant technical information to assist in resolving quality or specification challenges Manage the sales administration function, including performance reporting and process optimization Develop and execute a strategic business plan covering sales growth, revenue goals, and cost management, while enhancing the organization’s presence across Metro Vancouver Deliver ongoing training and professional development to ensure sales representatives maintain strong technical expertise Set and monitor targeted objectives to drive revenue and market share growth Contribute to the development and execution of the annual marketing plan What We Would Like From You Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within the ready‑mix, aggregates, or construction materials sector Strong ability to inspire, develop, and lead high‑performing teams Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Lower Mainland Exceptional relationship‑building and networking skills with a customer‑centered approach Solid business acumen with advanced negotiation, communication, and presentation strengths Self‑motivated, results‑driven professional with a proactive approach to solving challenges Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, or a related discipline considered an asset In‑depth knowledge of the Metro Vancouver construction market is highly valued Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity Strong organizational, prioritization, and critical‑thinking abilities with keen attention to detail Why us?
