We offer extensive transportation services to make travel easier and more convenient for customers. Responsibilities We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch. You'll serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations. Our structured program will equip you to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. In this hands-on environment, you'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You'll also engage with the community to build essential relationships. We teach customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing a customer-first culture and friendly competition to grow our business and your success. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or equivalent recognized by WES or IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields. Must have 6 months experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, military, athletics, or organizational activities. Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years. No recent drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years. Authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
