Join to apply for the IT Support Analyst role at Richardson WealthPosition OverviewThe IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing efficient user support and customer service by troubleshooting problems on company supported computer applications and platforms.Duties And ResponsibilitiesRespond to requests for technical assistance in person, phone and electronically (VNC Remote Connection)Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesResearch questions using available information resourcesAdvise user on appropriate actionFollow standard help desk proceduresLog all help desk interactions via the ticket management systemAdminister help desk and corporate softwareEscalate problems to appropriate resources where necessaryIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attentionTrack and route problems and requests and document resolutionsPrepare activity reportsStay current with system information, changes and updatesExchange server, Active directory, SharePoint, Cisco Call managerQualificationsOral and written communication skills; fully bilingual (French) would be an assetAbility to learn new skillsCustomer service orientedProblem analysis and solvingAdaptable and great attention to detailAbility to prioritize the incoming tickets and calls from usersAttention to detailThrives in a fast paced environmentWorking knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.
