This is not an SDR role. This is not a marketing executor. This is a co‑creative partner who helps me think, clarify, and build the first version of a repeatable revenue system for Caldwell Creative / The Adaptive Organization™. What You’ll Help With 1. ICP Discovery & Validation Identify high‑fit segments Analyze conversational patterns, market cues, and customer language Build testable ICP hypotheses and run small validation loops Help clarify who responds quickest and strongest to our value 2. Offer Simplification & Packaging Turn complex frameworks into a clear, compelling 6–8 week front‑door offer Define deliverables, transformation, outcomes, and pricing Build a narrative buyers understand instantly 3. Messaging & Positioning Clarify the value prop for The Adaptive Organization™ Differentiate the work from EOS and other rigid operating models Build messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and value props Create cold outreach messaging, landing page copy, and sales language Help build a messaging library that scales into future BD roles 4. Early GTM Experiments Design small, low‑pressure outbound and messaging tests Support (and occasionally run) light outbound alongside me Explore partnerships and warm‑intro routes Optional: guide small, low‑spend paid ad tests for validation only (No funnels, scaling, or performance marketing) 5. Foundation for Scale CRM workflow setup (Pipedrive) Create playbooks, ICP files, messaging libraries Document learnings from experiments Build the groundwork for a future SDR/BD hire What Working Together Looks Like Clarity over complexity.
