Our exceptional line‑up of wireless carriers, latest devices, and a wide array of accessories allows us to provide an unbiased solution unique to each customer. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Administration Sourcing for candidates through the ATS database, Indeed, social platforms, universities, community centers, and others. Screening candidates resumes. Conducting phone screens/interviews. Scheduling interviews with Store Managers. Processing offers and onboarding through the ATS, including background screening, document validation and HR integration. Communication & Relationship Management Daily/weekly interaction with Store Managers to understand needs, changes to requisitions, interview availability, etc. Completing intake calls with Store Managers. Working with cross‑functional teams, understanding the full scope of the business. Willingness to ask questions and collaborate. Organization & Adaptability Highly organized with strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple vacancies, and meet tight deadlines. Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment, able to transition tasks seamlessly. Proactive approach to task management, potential escalations, and high accountability. Strong written and oral communication skills, in both French and English, with a passion for relationship building. Experience working in the retail space; telecommunications experience is an asset. Experience managing different clients and their expectations. Creative and out‑of‑box thinking on sourcing candidates. Ability to find the best field talent and demonstrate to them why they should work with us. Serious drive to get things done within timelines. Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Organized and capable of following instructions and workflow. Excellent teamwork skills.
