We build cloud‑native, data‑driven platforms for Fortune 500 clients. We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer to join our remote team. Job Title Software Development Engineer – Remote Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy production‑quality software systems, services, or tools. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features. Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews. Own the operational excellence of the systems you build, including monitoring and performance tuning. Contribute to technical documentation and help define engineering best practices. Work with senior engineers to decompose complex problems and deliver iteratively. Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience in software development. Full‑stack experience. Proficiency in Java. Experience with React Native. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with data‑driven development, analytics, or experimentation platforms. Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion for learning and a growth mindset. Location Remote, with occasional travel to Seattle, WA; New York, NY; or Los Angeles, CA. Salary Range CA$90,000 – CA$115,000 per year, based on skills and experience. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan. Long‑term and short‑term disability insurance.
