Position: Real Estate Broker (Remote, Contract, 3–4 weeks, 15+ hrs/week) Base Pay Range $85.00/hr – $200.00/hr Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a Real Estate Broker. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure the accuracy and relevance of questions for AI model training. Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs. Use your professional experience to enhance the AI evaluation process. Qualifications 4+ years full‑time work experience as a Real Estate Broker. Based in the US, UK, or Canada. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks). Compensation & Legal At‑will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Cannot support H1‑B or STEM OPT status candidates.
