Responsibilities Assistance with personal care and hygiene Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Accompany clients on outings Shopping and errands Medication Assist/ Reminders Ambulation and transporting of clients Provide companionship to clientsAbility to follow care‑plan Documentation/Charting Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (foreign‑trained nurse, nursing student).
