The Opportunity RebalanceMD is growing, and we’re hiring a curious, high-potential Data Analyst to help improve patient access, flow, and clinic performance across our specialty clinics. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thinks sharply, learns fast, and is energized by solving meaningful problems in healthcare. What You’ll Do Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools Create clear visualizations and concise insight summaries Validate data and maintain accurate reporting Analyze operational data from core systems Identify trends and bottlenecks to improve patient flow Support leadership with focused analysis and recommendations Collaborate with clinical programs, operations, IT, and marketing What You Bring You may be early in your career, but you bring sharp analytical instincts, strong reasoning ability, and the curiosity to turn ambiguity into clarity. We’re looking for someone with raw talent and the drive to grow quickly. Interest in BI tools (Power BI, Looker) Exposure to SQL or Python Clear written communication and strong reasoning ability Curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field OPTIONAL 0–3 years of experience (co‑op/internships welcome) Not sure you meet every requirement?
