Property Claims Performance Manager Apply for the Property Claims Performance Manager role at Allstate Canada. The Performance Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence within the National Property claims discipline by analyzing performance metrics and uncovering actionable insights. This role partners closely with Claims Intelligence to develop and refine reporting tools, while also collaborating with cross‑functional teams to inform strategic decisions. The Performance Manager is responsible for crafting and communicating a comprehensive claims performance narrative for internal and external stakeholders, investigating root causes of business challenges, and monitoring workforce management plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
