Position Summary: As a Sales Representative reporting to the Sales Manager or designate, you will be in charge of overseeing the West Kootenay territory. Extensive travel within the territory to maintain close customer relationships is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, regular visits to Kelowna for sales meetings are expected.

Key Responsibilities: Selling to the existing customer base, leveraging call sheets. Ensuring prompt collection of account balances from customers on a weekly basis. Expanding the current customer base while following company protocols. Participating in monthly sales meetings in Kelowna and the annual March conference. Driving sales growth and increasing margins within the current customer base. Identifying opportunities to introduce new product lines. Working with customers on weekly advertising strategies for business growth. Promoting protein specialties and Made at Centennial items. Staying informed about market conditions, product innovations, and sales trends; sharing pertinent information with customers. Performing additional assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills: 1 to 2 years of progressive sales experience in a similar sized operation. 1 to 3 years of related industry experience. Effective communication skills with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff. Self-motivated and capable of working both in and out of an office environment. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to travel frequently. Possession of a valid driver's license.
