Position: Electrical Assembler IILocation: Perth, Ontario, K7H 3E2Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (100% Onsite)Pay: $21.50/hrDuration: 6-month contract (possible extension)Key Responsibilities:• Assemble and wire standard and engineered control assemblies. • Work from drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to perform electrical and mechanical assembly. • Determine wiring sequence, layout, and component placement. • Perform electrical and functional testing to verify work. • Ensure compliance with CSA, UL, CEC codes, and company quality requirements. • Participate in lean manufacturing, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Follow all safety protocols and client’s Code of Ethics and Values.Requirements:• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education. • At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience. • Must live within an 80 km radius of Perth, ON. • Two-year community college diploma preferred. • Experience with machining operations (milling/drilling) is an asset. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.Preferred Skills:• Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Quick learner with a strong work ethic. • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
