OverviewYour Moneris Career - The OpportunityAs a Customer Experience (CEx) representative, you provide customer service excellence to Moneris merchants and detailed technical POS troubleshooting and support, including financial support for customers’ daily processing needs. You meet overall customer service targets set by the department, with opportunities for cross-sell of products and services where appropriate.Paid training will start on January 26th, 2026. You must be available to attend the full 10 weeks of training.Location: You will be based in our Sackville office (in New-Brunswick), balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.Reporting relationship: You will report to the Team Lead, Customer Service.Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherWhat you’ll doProvide contact centre support to merchant clients. Support channels may range from Voice, Chat, Email, Social, Integrated 3rd party, and other channels and technology.Promote our products and services to merchants, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and send leads through appropriate channels.Collect and document information from merchants, using problem solving techniques to provide a consistent first response to inbound telephone service requests and technical inquiries.Achieve individual targets that contribute to overall goals, including productivity, quality assurance, compliance, absenteeism, and sign-on targets (including voice of the customer – customer surveys).What you bring1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.Fluent in French and English (reading, writing and verbal) is required.Experience with computer functionality, software and hardware (routers/modems, etc.).Available to work on different shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.What you getAt Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed—personally and professionally.
