Ensure all rugged, high-accuracy, solid-state products are built to perform reliably in demanding field conditions.Collaborate on Process Improvement :Partner closely with the engineering team to integrate new products, optimize production processes, and maintain a comprehensive, well-documented quality control system that supports continuous improvement.Manage Facility & Equipment :Oversee production inventory and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and operational. Support overall facility maintenance and organization to sustain an efficient and safe work environment.Provide Versatile Operational Support :Contribute across multiple functions, including updating product firmware, developing detailed work instructions, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and other hands-on production tasks as required.QualificationsHands-On Manufacturing & Technical Expertise :5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing or production environments, with solid knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and general electronics. Background as an electrical or instrumentation technician—or light production experience—is highly relevant.Leadership & Mentorship :A natural team leader who fosters collaboration, accountability, and a positive, high-performing work culture.Strong Problem-Solving Skills :Skilled at identifying production bottlenecks, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing effective, lasting solutions.Organized & Results-Driven :Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet production goals.Clear Communication :Able to convey complex technical information clearly and confidently to both engineering teams and external stakeholders.Growth Mindset :Ideal for an intermediate-level professional ready to take the next step in their career.
